Lithuanian National Health Services (eSPBI) is designed to centralize the collection, storage, and administration of information related to healthcare services provided in Lithuania. It includes a messaging engine, doctor- and patient portals, and both medical and administrative data, ensuring a comprehensive approach to managing health information. eSPBI uses the first version of the FHIRest server. eSPBI was the first national implementation of FHIR in the world.
