Estonian NHS
New generation Estonian National Health Information System (upTIS) that is aimed to replace the currently existing NHS. The project is addressing the need to move from document-based health data exchange principles to atomic resources. The project includes several subprojects, such as: Clinical Health Data Viewer (in Estonian “Andmevaatur”) that is contributing into upTIS as a data aggregator and preparational step; MPI (Master Patient Index); development of Estonian standards (FHIR profiles); adopting of the latest version of FHIRest server, development of FHIR Facade Intermediate Server, etc.
