Healthcare
Strong knowledge in the healthcare domain for more than 30 years. Led and participated in the development Hospital Information Systems (HIS), National Health Systems (NHS), Terminology and FHIR servers, Blood Bank, e-Prescription and Laboratory information systems.
Also participated in developing national standards based on HL7 V3, CDA, and FHIR framework.
Active member of FHIR community, Estonian e-Health Architects Board and Estonian new generation National Health Informational Services workgroup.
Finance
Igor was a member of the EMTA2020 (Estonian Tax Authority) architectural council and led the development of the Botswana Tax Authority.
