# Education

Igor Bossenko is a researcher at the Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech).

He holds a PhD in the field of healthcare semantic interoperability. His academic work has significantly contributed to advancing semantic interoperability and digital health frameworks, particularly within the context of terminology server, data modelling and transformation.
